Mom & Baby Strength is a progressive postpartum course designed to help moms safely return to exercise, rebuild strength, and feel confident in their bodies. Babies can join some movements, and select classes include optional babywearing.

About the event
This 5-class series begins with Class 1: The Core Reset an educational core-focused workout for all levels, covering key postpartum principles like core activation and pelvic floor awareness.
The remaining four classes focus on functional strength, stability, and full-body conditioning, letting moms progress at their own pace while including their little ones if they wish.
